Essential oils and active plant substances

Sereni-d® products are inspired by nature and specially developed to combat and control pests, both preventatively and curatively. Thanks to their blends of essential oils for bed bugs, pyrethrum flower, eucalyptus oil and geraniol, Sereni-d® solutions offer high efficacy against common pests such as bed bugs, mosquitoes, ticks, lice, moths and ants.

Cloves

Clove essential oil, rich in eugenol, has powerful repellent, insecticidal and anti-parasitic properties. Highly effective against bed bugs, it is also effective against other common household pests such as ants, moths and lice. Its intense scent disrupts the insects’ olfactory receptors and helps to keep them away for a long time.

Pyrethrum flower

Pyrethrum is derived from the Dalmatian chrysanthemum, a flower renowned for its natural insecticidal properties. It acts by contact on the nervous system of cold-blooded insects and is particularly effective against bed bugs, mosquitoes, ants, moths, cockroaches and fleas. Pyrethrum is widely used in plant-based pest control solutions.

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus essential oil is known for its repellent properties, thanks to its high citronellol content. It helps to effectively keep mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes, ticks and other flying insects at bay, whilst providing a pleasant, refreshing sensation.

Lavender Aspic

Spike lavender contains linalool and camphor, two compounds known for their repellent and anti-parasitic properties. It is particularly effective against bed bugs, mosquitoes, moths and lice. Its pleasant scent helps to naturally repel everyday pests.

Peppermint

Thanks to its high menthol content, peppermint essential oil has powerful repellent properties against bed bugs, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other crawling insects. Its fresh, long-lasting scent helps to keep pests at bay for a long time.

 

Spearmint

Spearmint has natural repellent properties thanks to its minty scent. It helps to repel various pests such as ants, moths, mosquitoes and bed bugs, whilst leaving a pleasant, refreshing sensation.

 

Palmarosa

Rich in geraniol, palmarosa essential oil is renowned for its natural repellent and insecticidal properties. It is effective against mosquitoes, bed bugs, lice and other common pests.

 

Oregano

Oregano essential oil has a strong scent that is particularly effective at repelling many pests. It is used, in particular, for bed bugs, moths, ants and crawling insects.

 

Tea tree

Tea tree essential oil has recognised antiparasitic properties. It helps to combat bed bugs, lice, mites and other pests by disrupting their cell membranes and hindering their development.

 

Thyme

Thanks to the thymol it naturally contains, thyme has powerful repellent and insecticidal properties. It is particularly effective against bed bugs, moths, ants and crawling insects.

 

Java citronella

Java citronella is renowned for its powerful repellent properties against mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes, ticks and flying insects. Rich in citronellol, it also helps to limit the development of larvae and provides long-lasting protection for outdoor living spaces.

 

 

Camomile

Chamomile is known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to relieve the irritation and itching caused by bites from mosquitoes, bed bug bites or other insects, whilst promoting skin regeneration.

Geranium

Bourbon geranium essential oil has natural repellent and soothing properties. It helps to keep mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes and bed bugs at bay, whilst relieving the irritation and itching caused by bites.

 

Macadamia

Macadamia vegetable oil is renowned for its nourishing, moisturising and restorative properties. It helps to soothe skin that has been irritated by insect bites or damaged by pest control treatments.

 

Geraniol

Geraniol is an active substance of plant origin known for its repellent and insecticidal properties. Found naturally in a number of plants, it is particularly effective against mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes, bed bugs, ticks and other harmful insects.
